I have been a dog groomer for 10+ years and am fully trained in all the services I provide. To me, the dog comes first groom second which can sometimes be difficult but your dog’s well-being is of utmost importance. Full Groom
Brush coat and pre trim the coat ready to do the sanities. Bath and dry the coat ready to cut the hair, clip nails, check pad, pluck and wash ears.

De-matting
Remove the whole coat to prevent harm to the dog. Bath and trim level.

Puppy Pack
2 to 3 visits to the salon, for the puppy to get used to the grooming salon, noises and smells. This will help the dog to not being scared.
